A very busy restaurant, we ordered 5 dishes and the first dish arrived 3 - 4 minutes after we placed the order, turbo serving speed! Each dish is served with a huge plate, huge portion and the food is delicious, not salty at all. Reservation is highly recommended.

Concubine/Empress Chicken was a bit tough, Olive Leaf String Beans underseasoned, and Eel in black bean sauce also lacked flavor and depth. The most solid item was the complimentary sweet tofu dessert.

Very bad service for a restaurant who is getting 4 stars on review. The front desk woman told us there will be a 30 minutes wait an hour past and still were not seated. There are tables avaiable but she said those were reserved for larger crowd. The woman was very rude and inconsiderate. Instead of claiming the customer she went on and on saying that if there are no reservation made, customers will have to wait. Thus is not acceptable the way you treat your customers. We left after an hour of waiting. No matter how good the food is, your customer service is priority. No way we will step into this restaurant ever.

I wanted to order a meal for two days at 4:00 in the afternoon, but she kept telling me impatiently that she was very busy because she had to accept today's meal. I know this restaurant is very busy but with the kind of staff I'm sure there will be fewer customers.
