Recently I saw a sashimi shop recommended on an app. It happened to be my boyfriend's birthday, so I ordered takeout to take home and eat. The shop is small and only 2/3 people are working, but it does not affect the freshness and deliciousness of the ingredients at all.Highly recommend the salmon belly sashimi and sushi ?, it’s really great to eat one bite at a time, the fish belly is sweet but not greasy and melts in your mouth?, the two of us ordered a crazy salmon tray 48 pices, a small sashimi tray 39 pices, and an extra The grilled scallop pressed sushi costs more than $150 in total?, which is a very reasonable price. Oh yes, it also contains two pieces/mouth/piece of sea urchin.Good places for sashimi shops: ➕1

Quality is good. But really curious why is this a cash only place. Ordered over $200 worth of food the other day and i wasn’t expecting a cash only response. Hope they are paying their taxes ???

Probably the best takeout sushi I’ve had before. The cuts and presentation are spot on. I can tell the fish grade is high and was selected carefully. It’s not by random that the fish are this fresh.Highly recommended ?

Food quality - On the better side. Fresh and decent cuts, the shrimp was pretty good. Extra points on the tuna it is fresh and doesn’t carry any sourness to it. Overall noticeably better than the average sushi take out but not yet at the omakase level.Price - Pricier than average. My friend ordered the platter so I didn’t know how much it would come to until he sent a interac request to split the bill, a little pricier than what I envisioned it to be.Conclusion - Not sure if I would ever order it because they required a day in advance to order and not open on most days. If friends are up for it and we have a larger party I wouldn’t mind chipping in.

Take out spot inside the plaza and to my surprise the sashimi is soooo fresh. High quality sashimi. I am so glad I stumbled in here and this is the best place in Markham to get a platter in my opinion. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for something to go.

Loved that they pick up the phone even after-hours.The quality of fish was good and I appreciated the option to not get any fish from Japan. They slice their salmon thicker then other places.Their rice was good and not overcooked and soggy. I had a few pieces leftover and ate it the day after. Was nice that the day old sushi didn’t turn the rice super hard either.I also really liked that their crazy salmon platter had a variety of salmon focused items as I’ve seen some that just have many pieces of like three salmon things.

One of my favorite places to order sushi when I throw a party! Never had an issue with their quality - sashimi pieces were fresh and thick... food is reasonably priced. Pretty much all the platters I ordered from them were scrumptious! Yes, I had to order a couple of days in advance... but it matters not TBH. I was told they only secure high-quality fish to sell. They would rather have certain items unavailable than to sell less quality fish for the sake of customer retention. They've been busy since inception, goes to show how this place is loved by many.

Must order ahead of time, they will take your order on the spotSashimi is super duper fresh! Really like their specialty items like squid, salmon belly, geoduckEverything is soooo fresh and al-dante

Very high quality sushi and sashimi. A bit more expensive, but still incredible value for the high quality. Order in advance to avoid the wait. They also only accept cash and interac e-transfer (no credit card).

I Heard good thing about the quality of the sushi here but haven't got a chance to try until now! It's tucked away inside of Langham Square and I believe you usually have to pre order it. This is a takeout spot so there is no dine in. The quality was definitely good! And it is definitely very fresh as well. It's overall a good experience!

We ordered a 60 pcs plater at 85$. I called them on Saturday at noon. Most of the items were sold out. I placed an order for 8pm since that is their closing hour, but they said they were closing at 7 pm since everything sold out pretty fast on that day. I got there at 6h30 around. My tray was already done. I was disappointed once I had my fist bite. The tempura in the roll was soggy. The cuts of the sashimi were too thick, in my opinion. 60 pcs, and they only gave 3 soya sauce. I read a lot of reviews mentioned how you need to place an order in advice. I feel like they had prepared my plater a lot in advice, then the usually pick-up time, that's why my sushis were soggy and the fish were not as fresh as I would like. The good side is the variety of fish they put in a normal party tray compared to Montreal sushi takeout.
