We were nearly deterred after reading the other reviews online about the poor service and limits on how many packs of egg rolls we could buy. In reality, the staff was actually super accommodating and didn't even bat an eye when we asked if we could purchase 24 packs. They even offered a box (for 1 CAD) so that we could bring the delicate and delicious egg rolls back safely and encouraged us to check out the rest of food court as they prepared our order.

I wish I had read all the bad reviews before buying from here. I fell victim to the rude aunties here selling the egg waffles. I asked for a hot one they were making and she shouts back “it’s already hot “! Then she tosses the bag at me. So uncalled for ! If you want to get yelled at for no reason and treated poorly then this is the place. I was so mad but did not say anything. It tasted so STALE and the flavour was non existent. What a waste ! I have told everyone I know including family to AVOID this place ! I can’t believe people still buy from them. How are they still in business ?

So after reading the reviews, I think there is gonna be certain things to co wider as to when to buyFirst of all, service is pretty non existent, but don’t ever expect much from a chines spot hawker style stand, especially in p mallSecondly, for taste, if there’s a huge line, I have always opted to not buy because I don’t wanna wait lolWhen I last went, line only had a few people in the queue and we actually got quite crispy outer layers with a nice soft interiorI think when there’s a long line, they don’t fan it out or let it cool as they want to turn over the line quick. When there’s no line, they do let it cool on a rack for about a minute before putting it into a bagWith that being said, this place is very nostalgic for me as this is an OG spot for bubble waffles and I remember getting them every time we went to pacific as a kid

If I wanted egg rolls or those mini egg puffs tbh it’s my to go place. It’s now 6 dollar a pack for egg rolls. Comes with a pack of 16. Rich egg flavour and freshly made. Make sure to finish it in a day or two just so it would stay crispy. Cash only so make sure to bring change!
Their egg roll and mini egg taste good. But this place is a mess. Too much things going on. Also side tips, eat your mini egg while it’s hot.

Their egg rolls are really good BUT that does not justify their disrespectful attitude. Many years ago we were able to do a phone order for an entire box for pickup. They no longer offer. That isn’t the issue here though. my mom went there last week and the lady told her “you New York ppl need to stop coming” cause they working to death (Chinese proverb). The lady also limited my mom to 1 pack only. She was so rude - very unprofessional and unpleasant.

What a rude lady!!!! I have never experienced such bad service. She ignored me and my aunt trying to buy their rolls and kept helping other customers instead of us. We left without purchasing anything but my husband went to buy and they sold it to him without a problem and he also bought their egg waffles and honestly, it wasn’t good at all! I’ve had better elsewhere. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I bought two original egglets. The lineup was very long so I thought they must be good but turned out they rather earn the quick dollar and sacrifice the quality. It was the absolute worse egglet ever. It was so soft that it looked nearly like unbaked dough. Will never return!
