Very rude self check out Indian girl, I tried going with a cart and instead of jist telling me sorry no carts allowed, she yelled and acted as if I was gonna steal the carts and products.

I visited this No Frills pharmacy for the first time this morning. My insurance card usually has issues when being set up at a new pharmacy, but the pharmacist Vinci here was extremely patient and professional. She contacted my insurance company twice to help resolve the ID issue and took the time to clearly explain any extra charges to me.

This level of transparency is something I haven’t experienced at other major pharmacy chains. I was also pleasantly surprised that their dispensing fee is only $10.99, which is much lower than at most large pharmacy stores. The processing time was very fast—only about 15 minutes—and my medication was ready by the time I finished my grocery shopping.

I will definitely be using this pharmacy again. Thank you to pharmacist Vincci for her excellent and caring service.

Perhaps this No Frills location should change their name to No Regard, since I have been noticing a disregard towards ensuring expired products remain off of the shelves. On this occasion, while shopping for cheese, I noticed the entire shelf was stocked with expired cheese. One package dates back to July. This is unacceptable and places the health of customers at risk. Perhaps the expired dairy is expected to be paired with the rotting fruit that was on display for full price purchase. Shameful! Hopefully the owner will address the issue since the evening manager did not seem too concerned when I brought the matter to his attention.

They have a good selection of fruits.

This message is to the Manager. You are a very good person, you greet your customers etc.

But there is a big issue with the staff stocking produce. Please train those men and boys how to handle fresh produce. Teach them how to arrange fruits one by one be it apples, oranges, bananas etc and vegetables such as tomatoes, onions, potatoes etc.

They cannot just pour them from the boxes like they are pouring water from the container or bottle. They are fragile and when bruised they loose their taste.

Please go and speak to the owner of Garden Basket beside you and see how they handle their produce, nice, gentle, and with respect. Trust me, if you train them and insist that they follow the standards, most of us will shop for everything at you store. Otherwise we will go to Garden Basket even though they are expensive.

2025/08/21.There’s no limit to how many special deals you can buy from a flyer or in-store (no label marked on any limit on specific items in store). It just depends on the manager’s emotions. It seems that she is either discriminating or jealous that you have money to buy a lot. If you want to buy a lot from Nofrills special deals, it’s better to visit another nearby Nofrills locations, they all have no shopping restrictions and do the same things they show on their flyers.
Nofrills should review their franchise on this location ( they always do their such own shopping policy for Nofrills customers when you're ready to pay and they catch you at cashier, I saw many and had written such experience at here before).

Manager is a bully. Seems to like bullying my mother whenever I don't go with her because the manager will put fictitious artificial shopping limits on items that have no labels regarding limit. If you try to stock up in bulk, she'll go out of her way to bully you to make several trips, and if the manager sees you, she'll instruct employees to deny you service. DON'T GO ALONE, and don't be a woman if you decide to shop here alone.

The most disgusting, putrid smell was radiating from the security guard today. I felt the immediate urge to vomit when he walked around me in the front aisles; he even left an odorous trail behind, anywhere he walked. I actually exited this store to go shop elsewhere. My logic: if there is no hygiene standard in place for employees, I can only imagine what kind of hands and fingers are caressing the produce I ingest.

A really decent No Frills!

It's clean, tidy and bright, with a more peaceful vibe than some other No Frills locations. The special items advertised in the flyer are available in fair amounts. The line up at the cashiers isn't excessive and there is self checkout too (I prefer interacting with people, rather than machines). There's a good size parking lot too as it's located within a plaza. Finally, I noticed that the No Name potato chips were $1.39, 10¢ less than most other No Frills. Enjoy!

A little crowded, but it is usual for Sundays. Fresh fruits and veggies. Good customer service. Nice location.
