Yummy assortment of ice cream flavours and they sell my fave Cheesecake Factory slices. Decently priced. Have had a good experience both in person and ordering via Uber. The milkshakes are good too.

Placed an order through Uber eats at 8:25pm. Store accepted order and then cancelled 25 minutes later saying unable to fulfill. If your store is not able to accommodate orders through uber don't accept them!
Will not bother trying this place again.

cheap management. my milkshake tasted like old spoiled milk and they refused to give me a refund or remake it. never coming back here again.

Got the speciality shake Mango Tango, it's quite large and I'm happy that the sweetness level was low. There are board games, lots of different flavors, and seating.
A bit pricey but the quality makes it worth it.

Ordered a funnel cake, the price on their menu included a soft serve. They no longer serve the soft serve with the funnel cake but it costs the same. Funnel cake was overly fried, too crunchy and not crispy and fluffy.

This is by far my favourite ice cream place! There is such a wide selection of flavours, the scoops are huge and priced very well, and the staff are super kind and friendly. I always have a great time coming here.
I tried the maple ice cream. It's so good! You'll be craving for it.

Been here twice but only stayed to place an order once. Both times, there were 3 girls behind the counter and 2 of them were on their phones with backs turned. When I stayed to order, the wait was unnecessarily slow, and I had to ask the girl at the cash for help (she was on her phone). Both days were Tuesdays when the weather was really nice so I would've expected them to be on the ball. I really wanted to make this my family's go-to ice cream joint but realistically I can just buy Kawartha ice cream at the store, or go for soft serve elsewhere.
