The staff at the window this morning, first, gave us the totally wrong order without saying anything. Just open the window, gave us the food and closed the window right away. After we called her 5 times over the window. She finally opened the window and took the wrong order back. After a minute, she opened the window and threw the food out to us without saying anything again. Worst service ever.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Wendy’s on Major Mackenzie & Markham Rd. The drive-thru employee, Mandeep, was extremely rude when I asked simple questions about the menu — sighing and acting irritated. When I decided not to place my order because of her attitude, she laughed and walked away. The manager came to the window, but overall the experience was unprofessional and disrespectful. Wendy’s should really improve customer service at this location — no customer deserves to be treated like that. I have filed a report with corporate. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Mandeep if thats even her name.

We had a terrible experience at this location. When we placed our order for a combo she didn't ask us what drink or side we wanted. She simply decided for us. When we're at the window we asked her did you punch in a combo and she said yes but we said you didnt ask us what drink or side we wanted. She got annoyed and threw the debit machine. I understand it is later in the evening but we should still be treated with respect. She didn't even give us a receipt.

10/10 will come back! There aren’t many Wendy’s location in Markham but I love the food at other locations so was ecstatic when I found this one.
Came with a couple friends and it was clean, the staff were friendly and informative (I’m lactose intolerant and one of my friends is vegetarian so we had to find options that worked for us) they were happy to customize our orders within reason, there was a line but it went by fast, it was a nice spot to eat!
