Man the indian lady who was working drive thru at this time sounds like she didnt wanna work there. The was she talks was very rude. Im sorry if your life is miserable but you chose to work there. And this lady had airpods on while working. Dont even start me with the food, ordered 3 burgers all of the meat and patty were cold. Either its been sitting or they didnt bother heating up the buns. Very unprofessional.

I ordered a meal through the app with additional add-ons and picked it up via the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the staff member at the window was quite rude, the food was cold, and the add-ons were missing from my order. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I went to the drive through the first time to get a cheese fry. 2nd time my daughter wanted McDonald's.They were closed for maintenance when so i went back To Wendy's, I ordered chicken tenders and a double baconator. Apparently they didn't have five tenders, they only had 3. In a combo which didnt make sense. I asked for the ghost pepper ranch. I got plum. The girl at the window was very rude.

ordered 4 burgers all were completely wrong, somehow they mixed up chicken and a cheeseburger. No receipt in the bag too. Hands down the 1 wendys spot I'll never go back to absolute waste of time and money

Absolutely disgusting don’t waste your money. Why should I pay for cold food ? How can you immediately hand off food and right when I park in the parking lot its freezing cold, I can eat something in the freezer and not warm it up that would taste the same if not better. Hire new people they don’t know what they are doing and clearly have no passion for food or where a persons hard earned dollar goes. Thank you for showing me to never do fast food again.

The staff at the window this morning, first, gave us the totally wrong order without saying anything. Just open the window, gave us the food and closed the window right away. After we called her 5 times over the window. She finally opened the window and took the wrong order back. After a minute, she opened the window and threw the food out to us without saying anything again. Worst service ever.

Everytime u order thru the drive thru, expect impatient workers who aren't happy working here, can't even get ur order right and give u the shittiest attitude when u point out the wrong order.
