Update: went there again to give them another try and the EXACT SAME, female, drive-thru worker on 25-April 9:51pm did not say a word AGAIN. JUST SHOVED MY ORDER OUT THE WINDOW AND WALKED AWAY. They need to provide customer service training to their employees at this location. I rather spend my $$$ elsewhere.Initial review: This location has the absolute worst customer service. The female who's always at the drive thru window doesn't have any manners & does not know how to greet the customers. Awful to have to deal with as this is the only location in Markham. They really need to train their employees!!! Upsetting and unacceptable...

Came on April 16th at 5:30pm and ordered a Dave's single. Once I had drove away, I opened my burger, took a a bite only to find 2 long, black strands of hair. This was very upsetting as I was extremely hungry, as well as the fact that it's disgusting to have someone else's hair in your food and in your mouth. When going inside to inform them they gave me my money back, and agreed that it's not right. This is the second time that this same incident has happened with this same Wendy's location.

My husband ordered chicken sandwich and a burger combo today at around 4:30 pm for lunch. He got food poisoning immediately after. The drive thru service at this location is usually poor. They are extremely slow and the person just looks like they hate their job. I’m not one to leave negative review but since he got food poisoned, thought I would warn others. I won’t be coming back to this location.
Service was quick. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.
