So I came for dinner at 11 PM through the drive through needed something to eat. What a mistake got my burger and it was ice cold and dry. It was like they were already waiting to close down and didn't want to serve something fresh. Now here I am at 3am with serious stomach pain and diarrea thanks. If only people actually followed food safety and were not lazy. Wont be back to this location beware going at slow times food will not be as fresh.

Employee talking on his phone while using the bathroom. Puts his hands under the water for literally 1 second and then heads back into the kitchen to make food. No soap, no hand dryer.
I ended up just leaving without ordering anything because that is obviously disgusting. Touching his junk and getting splashback from the urinal and then making your baconator with those same hands. Worst part is he did this in front of customers so clearly no care in the world.
Mandatory staff retraining on the basics of personal hygiene and handwashing before serving customers should happen. Bathroom was also a mess, clean it up Wendy’s.

Probably the best Wendy’s in Markham, I’ve been to. This is overall, so service, cleanliness, timelines of food preparation and taste.
All the staff there whether new or veteran are very polite and they’ve never gotten an order wrong here even with specific request or changes for burgers.
The early drive-through window as well as late is great

Persons with celiac or gluten intolerance beware!!!!!
When to order a burger and asked for no bun and was told it can only be served with a bun.I explained that there is an allergy and the manager refused to serve it any other way.
I explained that it is that every other wendy's, that I have ever been to always make sure that it is that they can cater to those requests around what would be a dangerous exposure for the customer and yet this person refused.
Manager's name is Harman.
So instead, I drove another twenty five minutes to the next wendy's, and ordered my food as my family required.
Super disappointing in the response by this location and particular the Manager.

I come to this Wendy’s usually in the evening when picking up my kids at nearby activities. We frequently see the same staff, and they are always friendly and helpful. Tonight, Oct 8 at 8:20 pm, I was having some challenges with my rewards redemption and they took the time to try it several times. I want to thank the two gentlemen working there tonight for helping. Really good staff working there! Thank you! J and M

I tried breakfast here and was disappointed overall. The service felt blunt, and the food wasn’t much better. The potatoes in the Combo 6 were extremely salty, the wrap was ok, and the coffee was weak. Honestly, I only got about half the value for what I paid. Next time, I’d rather wait a few extra minutes at Tim Hortons' drive-thru.
