I wouldn't go here if you care about yourself. The wings are frozen and not tender at all. I know this because the ends of one of my wings were really cold when I held them. The wings are also really small. There's a bunch of flavours...too many. As Gordon Ramsey said...a long menu is a bad menu. Too many options means no options are really good. I ordered a double wings meal and got sweating bullets and spicy escape for my flavours. Sweating bullets is a spicy one but it's not really spicy and the joy sauce overpowers the BBQ sauce. The spicy escape had lots of different flavours but when mixed, was distasteful. There are a bunch of other main course options but for a franchise that sells on wings, it couldn't get them right. French fries were decent and crispy.

I wish I could 0 stars, but thats not an option. The wings were disgusting, no flavour even though there was so much sauce on it which is VERY ODD. The wings were basically FROZEN, the second it was brought out, & we mentioned it was cold, he paid no mind & said NO WE JUST TOOK IT OUT ITS FRESH. It was NOT FRESH. bad experience, bad service, bad atmosphere. BAD SUNDAY. Sadly this place used to be really good.. not sure what went wrong or if the owner has changed. Also, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, there was pee all over the floor, smelled like urine, was not clean at all. They should be shut down.

It is amazing how the wings are always overcooked, ultra dry and the pickup order is delayed despite the place being empty. Will be going to Box Grove from now on. The one saving grace is they are not shy on the sauce. Perhaps to cover up how dry and crunchy the wings are?

This was probably the worst restaurant experience ever. There were flies in the water, the food took an hour and 10 minutes to be ready. Chicken fingers ordered were freezer burnt and smelt horrible. There are cobwebs on the chandeliers… just horrible experience in general and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Placed an online order, arrived on time, was told I would have to wait, after 10 minutes was told that the order sitting on the bar was mine. I should have checked the order, but realized when I got home 20 minutes later, that it wasn't mine. I called back received an apology and was promised a refund that I never received. Not impressed.
Ordered take out (double order boneless wings - gar parm and lemon pepper with fries) and got nuggets as well. Food and service are consistently good. Will return.
