I really want to like this location but time and time again the service is just lacking. It says they’re open at 12pm but no one picks up. I went in personally at 12:45 and they’re only serving one patio table outside. I witnessed 2 table and 1 gentleman leave without ordering. The server just keeps telling you “I’m busy” when you want to attempt to ask anything. I feel his frustration but I think they should hire another staff for a Friday lunch. I tried again to call in but the server that picked up told me to call again in 10mins because “I’m so busy right now.” Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

On August 19th, Tuesday night at around 11 :20pm I placed an order to Wild Wing’s website for an order for the Angus Glen location at Kennedy & Major MacKenzie. I placed my order because the restaurant said it was open till 12am. The order was confirmed and the payment was taken from my credit card. I went to pick it up at 11:40pm but the restaurant was closed. Their light box said they closed at 12am but the doors were locked and the restaurant was dark inside. The next day my aunt and I went to the restaurant to ask for a refund. A man greeted us and he had a ticket for our order and listed the items we ordered. He confirmed that they closed early and he saw the order on Wednesday morning. He assured us that we would receive a refund within 24 hours. More than 24 hours later, I have not received a refund. I am extremely unhappy with the service level and demand a refund asap.

Ordered from the website and was instructed to arrive 15 minutes before closing—only to find the store already closed when I got there. I ended up going to another Wild Wings location and had no issues getting my order there, as they operated according to their posted hours.
I called head office to request a refund and was told to contact the store directly since they are individually owned. I called the store, and the staff said the manager would call me back—but no one ever followed up.
In the end, I had to dispute the charge with my bank just to try and get my money back.
Not once did I receive a call or email to apologize or offer a resolution. I understand there are occasions when a store may need to close early, but it’s clear that without me chasing them down, I would have never seen a refund. Unfortunately, this store shows zero accountability or care for their customers.

Came here to watch the first game between the Leafs and the Senators. The service was a bit slow as they were busy with a semi full house and uber eats orders.
Had the Inferno Burger. It was pretty good, though they did forget the jalepeno popper. The fries were also really good.
Overall, this is a good venue to catch a game with TV's perfectly placed to watch no matter where you are. I've been here a few times before, and it never disappoints.

I love wild wings but Bartender did not know what he was doing, he was on the phone taking a call in his earphones . The food was ok. Washrooms are not as clean as other locations

Always room for a large group everytime we have come here. The menu is extensive it's not just wings here. Chicken souvlaki was really good. Excellent place to watch that UFC fight or other sporting events.

Date/Time of visit: November 2 approximately 3pm. There was ample seating available and we were the only patrons there. The waitress greeted us and let us choose where to sit, she was very friendly upon entry. The onion rings were great not overly greasy or coated in too much batter. The Yukon Chippers were ok...nice crunch, but it doesn't come with any sauce it only comes with dry seasoning. It would have been nice with maybe a sour cream and chive? The wings were sub par in my opinion. The Dry Garlic wings were not very good, neither was the wet jerk wings which tasted like bottle of north american jerk marinade dumped ontop of the wings just to give it flavor. The Men's bathroom was not the cleanest, papers on the floor, dirty light switch and it seemed very small. Also appears to be running very low on soap from the dispenser. There are many other wing spots around which I find are much better.
