I had a really disappointing experience at the Wild Wing Box Grove location. The service was slow — staff seemed uninterested and barely attentive. ,and when it arrived, it wasn’t even what we ordered. No apology, no urgency to correct it.

What really bothered me most was the false advertising. A promotion was clearly advertised on their website and in-store signage, but when we asked about it, we were told it “wasn’t available at this location” or “was over” — even though no dates or conditions were mentioned. That’s incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to get customers in the door. Definitely won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for honest service or clear communication.

Had an amazing time at the wild wings today. Great food and cozy ambience..Megha was an amazing host .. the food was delicious, must try the tenders and traditional wings.

The new chicken tenders are pretty good, the aesthetic of the place was neat and the service was pretty cool, would recommend :p

Ordered a Triple wings and the size of the wings is pathetic. Same experience we had last time but heard the place is under New Management so gave them a try. Not worth the $50. Wing place 2 blocks down cheaper and comes with 2 sides.

We had my dad’s 60th birthday party here. The owners were generous enough to close down the entire dining area for us and sat down with us before to discuss menu options that made sense for our party. The two owners were so hospitable and accommodating making sure we were happy with the set up. There was also so much food! The waitress was amazing. She was so friendly, bubbly, and attentive to all our guests. This Wild Wings will continue to be a staple for our family as our go to place for wings and also for having parties/events. Thank you guys! 😊

Staff is being forced to clean washrooms
Especially during store front hours. It’s not sanitary and healthy either. Woman staff should not be forced to clean Male bathrooms.
