I went to wimpys today and while the food was good, the service was deplorable. Not only did the older female waitress visibly scoff when we told her we weren't ready to order (just when the last of our party arrived), she continued to show us attitude throughout the meal. She scoffed when we asked for ketchup for our fries. While the diner is cute and there are a lot of menu options, this experience really soured me on the restaurant.

I was meeting my friends and our server was not pleasant. While we were still deciding on what to order, our server came to ask us if we were ready and when we told her we weren't ready, she scoffed as she walked away. A bit after we got our food, my friend asked for ketchup and she just put the bottle on the table without a single word or acknowledgement. Not to mention, we could hear her talking to other customers and she was extremely polite with them! While our food was good, her behaviour towards us was unpleasant and really negatively affected our experience.

Food was delicious, space was clean and nicely decorated, but it's all spoiled by terrible service.
The woman with curly hair who took our order seemed a little rushed but was polite enough initially. The problem arose when she brought us the wrong food and wanted to argue with both my friend and I about what we ordered, including my friend's egg white order for an allergy. When my friend asked if her order came with home fries, she was told no, despite it being on the menu. My friend also had to ask the dishwasher who was bussing tables for help to get them.
The entire time we were waiting for food and trying to eat, the waitress was speaking loudly and rudely to the kitchen staff, including blaming them for mistakes she made inputting orders. The experience was the farthest from peaceful it could have been. I won't be back, it's an awful way to start the weekend.

Get the Wimpys Banquet Burger!!! It's so much better than any other fast food chains' burgers. Also the service is amazing. I didn't take photos of the food since I didn't want to stop eating lol

Wow So rude. Came today with my family and the older lady was so rude. They even messed up with the order (they added bacon) not a big deal, she took the plate away and held it in another area. Relax you can give us the 3 things of bacon. The young staff were nice but I couldn't get over how rude the lady was.

service was really bad, the waitress was very rude and got mad at me when I tried getting waffles instead of pancakes in a combo 🥺 she also got heated when I wanted the bacon on the side for the breakfast burrito instead of inside the wrap

I had a party of 5 and myself everyone got there food I was the only one waiting around the two old ladies we're saying they lost my oder sucking up to me with free cheesecake and gave it my food in a to go bag never spending a dime on this franchise

Very nice friendly restaurant. The food is very delicious, large portions. The service is very nice and friendly.
So my wife and I have been hearing about the food in Canada and while we're both stuck to what we know I decided to take a chance and order a Canadian staple, Poutine. I gotta say it takes alot like Disco fries. If you're from Jersey then you know what I mean. We also got the Buffalo wings and the kids got hot dogs, fries and chicken fingers. Our hostess/server Francine was very friendly and down to earth. We asked about places my wife and I thought of checking out with good schools. She shared great advice and our kids mentioned that she was cool too. My only knock was the diner itself seemed small to other diners I've been too but I liked the quietness too. Next time Imma try another authentic Canadian dish.

I had lunch there on Saturday (awkars and lout server was excellent. They have an extensive menu that can accommodate any palate. I had the Flashback combo, which was basically a loaded breakfast with 2 giant fluffy buttermilk pancakes, bacon, pea meal bacon, 2 sausages, and home fries. I personally really liked food.
If you want classic comfort food and in 0a relaxed and casual dining experience, the Wimpy's Diner is the place to go, too!

Order pancakes online at your own risk. Have tried ordering from here a few times and have gotten inconsistent results. Sometimes they send butter, sometimes they don't. Sometimes they send syrup, sometimes they don't. Sometimes you get neither, making the pancakes inedible and you've wasted your money. I think I'm done gambling here.
