Authentic regional Chinese food, big portion for the price, great tastes for all items. Desserts was amazing smooth and right amount of sweet. Can’t find these regional Chinese food easily in North America.

Food is bad. Tasteless soup base in soup noodles, soy sauce wings tastes salty and the wings are way over cooked. Chicken got more bones than meat, rice is dry. Nothing to like.

Service is fine, food takes a very long time to prep. Just doesn’t work out well as a restaurant

Came here with my mom, she loved it last time, so I had to try. We shared beef offals ($17.99), mom got fish meat dumpling noodles ($10.49), and I had a 2-item noodle combo ($12.49) with cuttlefish balls & beef tendon balls.

The dumplings were good, though I wished the skin was a bit chewier. Soup was lighter than I’m used to, but that’s classic Chiu Chow style—lets the ingredients shine. Portions were generous, especially the beef offals, and the staff were super friendly.

Solid spot for Chiu Chow comfort food!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at Hing’s Kitchen was disappointing enough that I feel it’s important to share. The staff — and most likely the manager — were extremely rude and unprofessional. Their attitude made it very clear that they care more about money than about treating customers with basic respect.

It’s unfortunate, because I came in expecting a pleasant meal, but the way we were spoken to completely ruined the visit. Neither I nor my family will be returning to this place again. Hopefully they take customer service more seriously in the future.

I complimented that the oyster pancake was so good. And in return I got a very sarcastic remark from the old man (the owner) sitting on the side. I think he’s the owner. His sarcastic comments was maybe I never had an oyster pancake before.

We decided to try this restaurant because it’s within walking distance from my home, and we didn’t have time to prepare lunch that day. Although there weren’t many customers, the music was so loud that my 90-year-old dad felt quite uncomfortable. The dishes we ordered were rather bland and not tender, so even my teenage son lost interest. When I went to the cashier to pay, I didn’t want to leave a tip due to the experience, but the staff insisted that I had to.

Love coming here for the fast-paced Hong Kong rhythm!! Fast service, Amazing food!! They have clams, duck tongue, marinated eggs, many types of balls, great noodles, generous amount of vegetables!! The menu and variety is simply awesome, portions are very good, Really really love this restaurant!!!

Come for a quick meals before back home. We are love their noodles, it's tender and the wonton full of HK style. One star deduct because of they are still using one time chopsticks and cups.
