The best wonton mi I've had in all of North America. The bowl reminded me of Hong Kong. Eddie and his staff are doing amazing things here carrying on authentic food traditions. I ordered 4 dozens of cook at home to bring back to Chicago. Thank you for such a wonderful food experience.

Wonton Hut has been around since 2010. They used to have a 2nd location downtown, but it has since closed down.
Ironically it’s beside McDonald’s. If looking for a quick service meal that is much healthier, then consider this eatery. It’s competitively priced. The only difference is you have to pay tip.
We were there almost to closing time 8PM, so they only had eggs noodles at the time. Vermicelli and rice noodles options are available earlier in the day. Eggs noodles are an acquired taste to some people.
1. Beef brisket noodles soup
Beef is tender.
2. Shrimps wonton noodles soup
Wontons are medium sized.
Even they were closing, we didn’t felt rush by the employees. They let us be.
This eatery can be somewhat busy during rush hour. Even near closing time, there were several customers dining in.
It’s not wheelchair accessible, but an employee rushed to open the door for us as we entered their double doors.
Pay either with cash or credit. Ample parking spaces. This is located in a plaza. There’s a Shoppers Drugs Mart, McDonald’s, Coco Tea, TD bank and No Frills within the same plaza complex. It’s a happening place.

Park and shrimp wonton egg noodle soup, very good, large chunks of shrimp in the wonton, broth was slightly salty for my liking but the wonton wasn’t so it helped. Says fish roe in the wonton but I didn’t see or taste any. Was hard to taste the pork as well but prominent shrimp flavour. Standard size you get 4 big wontons and lots of noodles with some green onions and house made chili sauce on the side. Extra toppings are extra at a reasonable price. Would go again to try different soups and noodles that they offer.

Just wanted a quick lunch other than fast foods. Wonton Hut service are efficiency, you can get a noodles around 5 -10 minutes (maybe quickly than next door Mcxxxxxd.)The noodles is authentic Hong Kong style (tender and thin) is the best of Toronto I try. The beef tender also good 👍 only 1 star deduct from most of the Chinese restaurants table are too crowded. I can't invite my colleagues who have 100kg dine in with me。

The food is good, but what really bothered me is they have a giant fish in a tiny fish tank where all it can do is just turn in a circle. Please provide them a bigger fish tank or just release the big fish back into the wild. It makes me lose my appetite to see such a big fish crammed into the small water tank.

After all these years, the food is still excellent. If it is not the best of the best, it has to be at least one of the best in town. People living in Markham are so lucky that you don’t have to go far to enjoy a bowl of Wanton. This is the authentic Hong Kong Wanton. It is fresh and it is made fresh and it is always fresh. This is a very unique food item originated from Hong Kong. This is our comfort food as well. I personally like to have the rice noodles together with the red vinegar. I think this is not the best combination. The service has some rooms to improve. However this is the way it works in Hong Kong. No other places you will see the owner sits behind the cashier all day long and giving out orders. Be prepared to wait for your table as there is no machine to handle any waitlists. But the wait is absolutely worth! Be patience while getting a parking spot too. Otherwise park your car just a little further and walk! It will also help to digest after enjoying a big bowl of wanton.
