Located between the two internet famous BBQ restaurants (you know, the two with the super long lines) in the First Markham Place food court, 顏記 was the only restaurant with my Mom's go-to whenever we eat out: Cantonese style fried noodles (noodles MUST be crispy), stir-fry beef rice noodles, stir-fried rice with diced chicken and preserved fish.

I ordered a chicken and vegetable fried noodle, it was made fresh to order and tastes great. I recommend Yan Can Cook if you're looking for Chinese foods in First Markham Place.

Comparing to the neighbour stall which always has long queue, this stall should rank top choice too.
