As an Uber driver, they accused me of stealing food at 4:00 a.m. Imagine working hard as a student and a full-time Uber driver, and then being confronted over a $20 order. Some people are just sad—please don’t go around ruining others’ moods for no reason. Also after she checked my phone and entered into my privacy for reason, started playing victim in other language and told something to 4 mens in restaurant and tried she tried to make a problem between us,there is a reason they got 3 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️, weird place, don’t go

food is very authentic and affordable with incredible portion sizes. tastes like how it would back in china. you probably would need to speak mandarin Chinese as the workers don’t speak fluent english. it might be unusual one “western” terms. but the food taste like how your mom would make!

Cashier woman (owner i think) threw a wooden board at my dads chest, than he had to go to the hospital.

She was than arrested by police.

Dirty facilities, food is not good, asked for bill multiple times but staff still not give me bill (i dont know if they forgot or intentionally did this?), very weird shady business they got going on here.

Unwelcoming! As non Chinese customers we were not welcomed and menu wasn’t explained and drinks were not offered. No customer skills whatsoever. Such a waste of our time and money.

Terrible service, rude staff, and awful food — even the plain white rice was leftover from the day before. They don't accept debit cards, only cash, WeChat , and Alipay. If you pay with WeChat, you're forced to tip 10%. They’re so lacking in integrity that they even owe money to delivery suppliers because they can’t pay on the spot. It’s hard to understand how a dishonest restaurant like this is still in business.

I don't care what the other reviews say - they just don't get it. This is traditional Northern breakfast at its best. The side dishes are super authentic tasting, so are their Bao Zi. Reminds me of my childhood 😋 Highly recommend

The ingredients were not fresh, especially for meat. The only advantage is price and large quantities. Not tasty at all . Only had a few bite

It's very smoky environment, the herb smells makes me want to cough the whole time. Poor air ventilation, the lazy susan is the same wide as the table which is weird eating setting, food is ok, not fancy.

I felt unwelcome the minute I walked in.

When I asked to be seated the lady redirected me to the cash counter and when I asked for the menu, she said "Sorry I don't know where it is"

It’s getting worse and worse lately! The buns I called to buy in the morning were not heated through, and the dough was yellow and hard. They were obviously overnight buns, so they should at least be steamed, right? Too bad
