ZenQ & 桃花源 Taoyuan Neverland

Good HK cafe with reasonable prices and lots of menu selections. It's a small restaurant located in Langham Square with lots of competition. It wasn't busy when I went on a Saturday morning. Food tastes good and in reasonably sized portions. I will return.

There are some unique options here but the flavors lacking in most dishes. The pricing is relatively on the lower end for Markham.

Affordable weekday specials

I came here once during a weekday for lunch, enjoyed it and decided to come again on a weekend lunch and it was terrible.

I ordered Hainanese chicken rice both times and the first time I had it, it was good. Second time? Not so much. The dish was completely different. Just look at the photos and make the judgement yourselves.

They could at least do a better job with the drinks but that was also inconsistent. Good first time and bad the second. So watered down and tasteless!

I think their quality drops significantly when it’s busier…

Anyway, do not recommend.

A decent hk style resturant, Daily special is good deal and good taste. Hk style milk tea is good. Only problem is the parking space.

For the price, their food is tasty but have room for some improvement. Otherwise, its a nice quiet place to have a simple value dinner in Markham.

Great food with cheaper price!

If you’re looking for a home style Taiwan dish, I would recommend this restaurant
Also, if you want the Hongkong fired dish, with good taste, and without MSG. Go for it
The boss is nice and talk-able.

The people are small, the place is quiet, and there are no bills. It is far worse than the Garden Garden opposite.
The food is mediocre but the seats are comfortable.

I bring my children here every week. My children are picky eaters. It is rare that my children like this food very much. It is really delicious and not too greasy. There is not a lot of MSG seasoning. I hope to maintain the standard and bring my children here every week in the future!

The three of us felt nauseous and wanted to vomit after finishing the meal😅 The meat in the braised pork rice was freshly picked, but the Hainanese chicken rice was not particularly fresh. The sauce also tasted weird. I don’t recommend it at all. Run away.
