Awesome people and amazing environment. Staff is always polite, courteous and helpful, will recommend deals to save you money. If you hate fast food, come get some cook to order Fan fair food. Best ice cream and burgers in town, and quite possibly the surrounding area 10/10, would recommend and 10/10 would go back again and again.

Absolutely fantastic service. I am new here & I visited first time DQ at this place. Was meet at my satisfaction and made food amazingly. Even Blizzard and Sundays with nice taste. Washrooms are very cleaned compared to other food chains and staff is very friendly in nature.

This is our FAVOURITE Dairy Queen! The staff are friendly, the food is hot and fresh, and the Blizzards are ALWAYS perfectly made.
The restaurant is clean, upbeat, and clearly run by people who care. We’ve come in at different times and on busy days too, and they always handle the rush with a smile and keep things moving.
Not sure where all these dramatic stories are coming from… seems like some people are expecting a five-course meal (why that is, is beyond me).
However, if you’re here for classic DQ treats, a solid meal, and great service, this is the place to be. Keep it up, team — we appreciate you 🫶🏻🫶🏻

We arrived at approximately 8pm, the store closes at 10pm, by 8:25 they were cleaning tables and turning them over so no one could sit in the restaurant. The garbage can has been emptied at 8 and was now covered so we couldn't use it. The store had at least 8 people waiting to be served and we had to go through everyone to find the tiny garbage at the counter. I understand working towards a close but that shouldn't be 1 1/2 to 2hrs before closing. Very disappointed.

Wheelchair accessibility: This building is not very accessible to the needed. The dining room area is indeed big enough, the 2 doors aren't wide enough.
Quick, cozy, smells good, easy service was in the area of DQ and i swear my fav blizzard was summer only but they had it! Brownie batter absolutely postively happy!!!
Best location for Dairy Queen! All the people who work here are amazing! Always fast and great service! Would give 100 stars if I could!!!

I bought a DQ ice cream cake Aug 27 for our anniversary (my wife’s favourite). It was absolutely terrible, the chocolate ice cream was sour and inedible. I phoned in expressing my concern and was met with a very rude “manager” that grudgingly told me I could have a second cake after telling me there was nothing wrong with the cake “we haven’t had anybody else phone, just you” the second cake he gave me happened to be the one that was next to the one I bought the day before in the freezer and was now squirrelled away in the back of the bottom shelf where it was almost not visible. This cake was of course as bad as the first, I immediately phoned and they argued on the phone telling me it wasn’t possible, the cake was made that day and the machine was clean they also said they sold 4 cakes that day and nobody else complained, now I find another review that states otherwise. They told me to make the 40 minute drive one way to bring it back so they could “look” to see if it was bad but only if I came that night. He also said that a refund was going to be “out of the question” I will never set foot in this store again. They’re rude, they lie and they appear to be fine with pulling a fast one over on their customers.
