Quick, cozy, smells good, easy service was in the area of DQ and i swear my fav blizzard was summer only but they had it! Brownie batter absolutely postively happy!!!

I bought a DQ ice cream cake Aug 27 for our anniversary (my wife’s favourite). It was absolutely terrible, the chocolate ice cream was sour and inedible. I phoned in expressing my concern and was met with a very rude “manager” that grudgingly told me I could have a second cake after telling me there was nothing wrong with the cake “we haven’t had anybody else phone, just you” the second cake he gave me happened to be the one that was next to the one I bought the day before in the freezer and was now squirrelled away in the back of the bottom shelf where it was almost not visible. This cake was of course as bad as the first, I immediately phoned and they argued on the phone telling me it wasn’t possible, the cake was made that day and the machine was clean they also said they sold 4 cakes that day and nobody else complained, now I find another review that states otherwise. They told me to make the 40 minute drive one way to bring it back so they could “look” to see if it was bad but only if I came that night. He also said that a refund was going to be “out of the question” I will never set foot in this store again. They’re rude, they lie and they appear to be fine with pulling a fast one over on their customers.

My mother and children visited this location on Thursday, and one of the male employees was extremely rude and aggressive - my mother asked for her register receipt, and the employee became immediately angry and told her no. He said she took the debit machine receipt and that was good enough. When she insisted she had a right to receive her cash register receipt he escalated, responding so aggressively that she backed away from the counter. When the manager came out front, she expressed her concern about the employee's behaviour, and stated that they would not be returning, and although he looked shocked, he said nothing to help deal with the employee or the situation. On her way out of the store, a couple approached her to share that they have experienced a similar aggressive reaction from the same employee at that store.
Excellent burgers. They are cooked fresh and tastes really good.

Person I delt with was very rude when I asked if they had any white vinegar for my fries. I was told if there's none over there means there's none. He could have told in nicer tone of voice. I noticed that after I ate, they were topping up the condiments area. He never offered my receipt, so I can do the survey as to the service I received.
It was the worst Food I ever had from a DQ. I ordered a chicken sandwich and tenders. Both were overcooked and burned. I informed one of the staff about that and showed them. But surprisingly, the staff completely ignored me and pretended they were so busy. I am so frustrated and never recommend this place to anyone.
