I don't like to give out 1's, so I didn't, but that doesn't mean it wasn't earned. The chicken balls were clearly freezer burnt, the chicken in the lo mein was hard to find and when I did find some I wished I hadn't. There were bones in some and most of them were very hard pieces. When I went to make my purchase with my credit card I was passed the machine and expected to input the price of my purchase and take myself through the entire process.
