There have been mixed reviews of this restaurant however we had a great meal. The server was friendly and attentive without hovering. We had a shared Mimi-Yorkies with mashed and roast beef. Friends from Ottawa and Kingston arranged to meet in Merrickville and selected Harry’s for lunch. Great choice! The dining room was beautifully decorated, with tables separated to facilitate conversation. The menu was varied, the food well prepared, the service prompt. As we were finishing our meal the manager stopped at our table to engage in conversation. AND shortly after our visit we received an email thanking us for our patronage. We will be back!
We are locals but haven’t been in for a while. I can’t speak for the rest of the dishes but we stopped in for lunch and I had a burger and fries and my wife had a beef dip and fries. The burger was the best I’ve had in quite a while and I’ve had some pretty good ones. It had a nice char but was still juicy. Just a great burger and the fries were fantastic as well.
