The donuts are a delicious classic, especially when fresh and still warm. Raspberry and lemon squares as well as the decadent cinnamon buns are to die for. Haven’t had anything I didn’t love. Wonderful, old fashioned baking at its best!
We recently used Violets on Main for our Wedding cake and guest cakes. Our cake was spectacular, soft and moist in texture. Our guest cakes were also well received. One was a gluten and dairy free chocolate cake and dairy free vanilla, both had a berry filling. Patti was great to work with, she asked detailed questions to figure out what we wanted, accommodated guest allergies, and advised us when we were uncertain how to proceed. Favourite Bakery around! so happy merrickville has this. We got to try them out just this December, I got a bunch of goodies for my office for Xmas and now I AM HOOKED!
