Boulangers Midland City Bakers

The weather was cold perfect soup and sandwich weather. Decided to stop in here to see their selection of bread. I ended up getting the multi seed sourdough loaf and it was super delicious! The loaf was still warm when I got it.

Other than bread they have a large selection of confectionary and treats. And apparently even more is available if you order ahead.

They custom made me the caraway rye bread of my childhood, in my opinion this would be the perfect bread for a famous sandwich shop in Midland. Density and seed count were perfect...and it was my Birthday....Thank you, I'll be back for more.

Best chicken and pesto croissant sandwich. Absolutely AMAZING. Can’t get enough. I had one at the Midland Farmers market this past weekend! Their sourdough bread is to die for.

Charlene is an amazing person and talented chef. She made the most scrumptious cakes for my sister's birthday!! She was very communicative, very helpful with suggestions and when we finally decided on the cakes, the outcome was more than I could imagine.

I will definitely recommend anyone to get their cakes and patisserie from this amazing bakery!!

The cupcakes look lovely however, the vanilla was very dry. Too dry to eat which is upsetting for the price of them.

We ordered 2 dozen vegan cupcakes for my daughter's birthday party and we were VERY impressed. We ordered vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, and while both were good, the chocolate ones were INCREDIBLE. We have multiple family members with egg and dairy allergies and they all were SO excited to be able to enjoy cake at the party with everyone else. The cakes were delicious and the service was excellent. I couldn't recommend this bakery enough. THANK YOU, BOULANGERS!!

Had a great experience while ordering a custom cake. The shop owner who helped made with ordering the cake made the process simple and to the point, which was amazing. The cake came out beautifully and reasonably priced. The other baked goods that are offered are delicious as well.

Got the chicken pot pie right out of the oven. Delicious. Pastry is yummy. Picked up a loaf of rye bread and will slice it myself. Not buying at supermarket anymore. Want the real deli rye with crispy crust. It is a whole different experience compared to store bought in plastic bag. Update: Just had a slice of that rye bread….that’s what I am talking about. So tasty!?

This is an amazing bakery with freshest & yummiest of goods! The breads, the cheese cakes, peach pies, date squares are our top favs!We always feel welcomed by the friendly owners.This is a MUST GO if you are visiting Midland.Thank you for making such incredible baked goodies!

This place is an excellent place to grab artisans breads & treats. The baker makes the most delicious carrot cake!!
