The place was very busy but the server was prompt, we got or drinks quickly and the food came at just the right time !
Gave Chuck’s Roadhouse in Midland a well‑deserved 5 stars. The steak and ribs were amazing—perfect seasoning, tender ribs, and a beautifully cooked medium‑rare steak with baked potatoes.
