Went for lunch today and worst food ever my glad bread bbq chicken came cold and nasty I had no time to send back or I would have my partners fry’s and burger were just pure grease. By far worst Kelsey’s I have ever been to ever will never go back again

EDIT - I'm a bit disappointed to see that they charged me for the original meal I ordered and not my replacement. :( Figured Id give a review while I wait for my waitress and manager to correct an issue I had. Service is wonderful, my concern was handled quickly and I was offered the opportunity to change my meal. A+ service - we'll be back !

I’m not really impressed if I’m honest, my boyfriend and I ordered the half pound boneless bites and let me tell you, the majority of the boneless bites I got had no chicken in them they were mainly breading bites.They were very hard to chew, they had a burnt breading taste. I honestly don’t feel great after eating the meal we were served. The portion of fries we got with our meals was very disappointing. 54.00 for what we received and half portions of fries I’m very unhappy

Sept 18/25 we celebrated as a family my mom’s 87 Heavenly Birthday. There were 7 of us and our experience from the moment we arrived to the time that we left was a great one. Food was hot and fresh and our server Victoria was amazing. We aren’t dessert eaters but decided to order a something to celebrate the occasion. And when we got our bill I noticed that the cake wasn’t charged…when I brought this to Victoria’s attention she advised that it was a birthday gift from Kelsey’s and that even though my mom couldn’t be with us, she loved that we were celebrating her! So I hope that management sees this review and as a former restaurant owner I hope they know what an amazing team member they have. Will definitely be back! Thank you for the amazing dining experience 😊

Very very disappointed with the burger and pop combo. Sadly the burger was not edible it was very very dry and salty. Probably cooked twice as long as needed. It is sad and disappointing that prices are higher, food quality is poorer and portions smaller as well. Another Midland restaurant I will drop from our Uber orders

We had an amazing experience last evening at the Midland location. From the moment we walked on we were greeted by an outstanding hostess, Aubrey. She welcomed us and made sure we were seated promptly. Even though the restaurant was busy she calmly made sure everyone entering the restaurant was happy and felt welcomed. Hats off to the entire staff. It was a great evening.

Absolutely amazing experience! The burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, and the chicken wings were hands down best in town, crispy, saucy, and cooked perfectly.
