Got there at 9pm for a pick up order. No nugget sauce, fries tasted awful like they were stale (it was busy enough that they should have been fresh), hamburger had 1 pickle and only 1 napkin given for what was clearly at least a 2 person order. Go to a different McD’s.

Everyone was dragging their feet. Watched my food sit for 20 minutes everything on it while dude went to do something else. I only asked for two mcdoubles and the store was not busy. Literally just talking to eachother giving customers dirty looks . Will be calling cooperate. Wow.

I sure would have loved to try the new Masala McShaker Fries. Unfortunately despite ordering some all I got was a bag and a seasoning packet. No fries. My heart was as full as my fry bag.

so i am writing this as i sit in the drive through.. came here at 4am and was told they were doing a switch over and had to come back in 10 minutes to be served ? (never been told this at any mcdonald’s before) okay how come this issue isn’t a problem during the day at 11 am when they switch to lunch? then go back through the drive thru get the order taken and wait another 20 minutes! finally get to the window and ask why that wait was so long and the employee says it’s because they aren’t prepared for this many orders this morning (there was one car infront of me) this mcdonald’s is a joke !! especially for being the only one in the midland/penetang area you’d think they’d care about their customers and their image!

I can understand that management have lives outside of work. But making people wait 15~ min while the toddler in my cart (looking at you walmart location) is hungry and is asking to order while being ignored and speaking with their significant other during work hours is unprofessional.
