We stopped in at Mom’s for lunch as we had heard good things about the place. I ordered fish and chips and my husband ordered a cheese burger. The fish was absolutely disgusting. Soaked in grease with I tried to soak up with a napkin. In hindsight I should have just sent it back. The batter was not batter, it was just a soggy mess that I was unable to scrape off the fish. My husbands burger was delivered and was basically all over his plate. He had to reassemble it to eat it. He had maybe three bites and left it.
We will not be going back. Ever.

We stopped here for lunch and ordered mom's hot burgers, burger plater, and fettuccine alfredo pasta. Foods are so bland, specially mom's hot burgers totally disappointed. It's just the burger with two slices of bread and gravy and nothing special. Same goes with pasta and other burger as well. 45 minutes wait time for foods which was not acceptable. The place is not even busy.. Not worth of hype that's my opinion.
Three Of Us We Passing Thru Midland Ontario ,And Decided To Stop At Mom’s Restaurant In Midland For Lunch,Staff Were Great And The Food Was Also Great From Start To Finish. Would Be Returning To Mom’s Restaurant Again .

Disgusting shoe leather served disguised as pork schnitzel. I returned it and they tried to charge me for the side salad that came with the meal! The side salad that literally had 3 pieces of lettuce because they were too lazy to make more salad so the server took 1 salad and divided it into 3! Honestly it tasted like vomit! The only reason they are still in operation is because of a few signature dishes ie prime rib. Wow and Wow!

If you want comfort food, great service and value for your money…you have to try Mom’s Restaurant. We’ve been coming here for several years now. Tonight did not disappoint. We took 3 couples for dinner to Mom’s and everyone was so happy with their meals. Our server was so friendly and efficient. Our compliments to all staff for making our dining experience so pleasant. I had the ribs at Mom’s Restaurant and they were absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. But what really made the experience unforgettable was the service. Elsa took care of us with such warmth that it felt like being served by your mom or grandma. She made the whole meal feel special, and I left not just full, but genuinely cared for. Highly recommend
