Ordered a Hawaiian and a vegan pepperoni pizza. The vegan one was for the "birthday girl" celebrating her 80th birthday. Great job on personalizing the pizza. Ok, so I get that Pizza is hit and miss based mostly on who is working and how much they love pizza. Picked up a large walk out pepperoni pie tonight and a tip of the hat to the chef! one of the better Pizza Nova pies i've had in ages! :)

The customer care is awesome ? The Pizzas, wings and Wedges are usually great.. They seem to have difficulty with the Veal on a Bun!! So overcooked, tough and dry ? I appreciate that they stand by their company and apologize sincerely to the customers..I have been given a few credits now, that were well deserved.. Overall wonderful customer service ?
