The customer care is awesome ? The Pizzas, wings and Wedges are usually great.. They seem to have difficulty with the Veal on a Bun!! So overcooked, tough and dry ? I appreciate that they stand by their company and apologize sincerely to the customers..I have been given a few credits now, that were well deserved.. Overall wonderful customer service ?
Stopped by Pizza Nova at 815 King Street for a walk-in order and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, my order was prepared quickly, and everything was fresh and hot.
We ordered the Double Deal with one medium pizza topped with extra mozzarella and bacon, and another with grilled chicken and ground beef. The pizzas were loaded with toppings, the crust was cooked just right, and the cheese was delicious. We also grabbed a few drinks, making it a great value overall.

The welcome into the pizzaria this evening was outstanding. Thank you for this experience, I have nothing to complain about. Food is only a four cause like my pizza about five minutes longer but was perfect for my wife… she’s already talking about taking the leftovers for lunch at work tomorrow so… all in all it’s an 8.9 experience and that’s a high pizza score…
