Ive come here plenty of times and have asked for parmesean to put on my pizza but yet when my highschooler comes by himself without a parent you tell him you are going to charge him extra for parm???? Treating hungry kids like this will not give you a good rep at all! What is the matter with this employee? You need to speak to your staff asap or we will spend our money elsewhere!!

Pizza was decent, but pretty sure they over charged us. Came in for two slices of veggie pizza and 2 cans of pop, and the man charged us $18.xx. When I saw the menu, I saw a combo including pizza, chips, and pop for $7.75 + tax. Two of those would’ve been $17.5 after tax. Not exactly sure how he got to $18.xx, but oh well. Given the recent reviews of this place, I would stay away. Seems shady!

We ordered a pizza today at Midland, ontario location. We got home today eat it. Next to no tomato sauce on it. So disappointing as this is my husband's favorite pizza. Just terrible pizza today! Do you have to pay extra for sauce now??

I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews, but for all the advertising Pizza Nova does with flyers, leaflets, specials, I was not impressed with the service or pizza I received. Competition is too great not to have the very best service and product you can offer. Staff seemed indifferent. I ordered online and the pick up time shown was roughly 1/2 hour later. I arrived when the 1/2 hr was up and was told they were just preparing it and that it would go into the oven shortly. I waited another 20-25 in store for the finished product. I got home and found they used a thin crust instead of regular???
As the owner of this business you should be concerned about productivity if you want to be competitive. You may want to personally assess the work flow of the staff or hire a secret shopper and get direct feedback. Others that were waiting were heard grumbling too. Disappointed customer here!

Spent over 100$ for 2 pizzas, 20 wings, 10 bonless bites and 4 cans of pop. Pizza was not that great. I asked for honey garlic sauce on my bonless bites. They were plane when I opened the box there was no sauce on them. We got 20 medium wings there was barley any sauce on those as well. For spending over 100$ I expect alot better then this. Absolutely ridiculous will not be back again.
