Ordered a party pizza for my staff, it came borderline burnt. Barely any sauce it was so dry. Combine that with a burnt pizza and it was horrible. I don’t think they even put any cheese on it. It was terrible. I should have ordered from pizza pizza, or please fire the person who made me my party pizza.

I love the pizza at Nova but the staff at this location are horrible. They have me waiting over 45 minutes for a take out order. I sat there for over 30 minutes before they even started working on it. When I followed up I received major attitude from the Big guy making the pizzas in the back. He was rude and dismissive. This is not the first time I've experienced this at this location. I will never order from here again.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Pizza Nova, and I have to say, their pizza is phenomenal. The crust was perfect – crispy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside. Each bite had the ideal balance of crunch and doughy goodness.
The tomato sauce was rich and tangy, clearly made from high-quality tomatoes. It had just the right amount of seasoning, enhancing the pizza without overpowering the other ingredients.
The mozzarella was melted to perfection, giving that ideal stretch with every bite. It was creamy, flavorful, and generously applied, ensuring each slice was a cheesy delight. The pepperoni slices were plentiful and perfectly crisp around the edges, adding a slight spice that paired perfectly with the rich cheese and robust tomato sauce.
Overall, Pizza Nova blew me away with the quality of their pizza. If you're looking for delicious, top-notch pizza, I highly recommend giving Pizza Nova a try. I can’t wait to go back!

Usually have a great pizza but this time the crust was soggy and had no flavour. They also put way too many of some toppings and too few of others. I threw out half my pizza. Very disappointing as I am usually ok with paying their premium prices for a higher quality product... Not this time....

The manager of this place IS AWFUL!!!! The way he was talking to the two girls busting there butts off was awful !!!!! Especially when a customer is standing there waiting ..... He was not helping them and was just being ignorant to them.

Ordered a Hawaiian and a vegan pepperoni pizza. The vegan one was for the "birthday girl" celebrating her 80th birthday. Great job on personalizing the pizza. Service and food quality ☆☆☆☆☆I would definitely return to this location.Unfortunately no accommodations for those wanting to dine in. A couple of tables would make this location more inviting.

Unfortunately a bad experience with customer service. Was hung up on multiple times when asking to change the address of where the delivery would go. Which was only up the road. Then called back and received no answer at all.Brutal.
