We go here quite often. The quality of the food the serve is slipping. We ordered chicken sandwiches on our last visit. They were slapped together with the chicken half hanging out of the bun, barely any sauce, and only one slice of pickle. I realize the cost of ingredients has gone up, but we shouldn't be meant to accept less as a customer. Quality should always come first.

I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with a regular fries as my side. When I got home to open my meal, my fries looked like half were missing. I would consider this a small order of fries (maybe)

We like Popeyes - the food at this location has been fresh and hot every time we've been there. However, almost EVERY order (pick up and drive thru) has had an item missed that we had paid for. I have contacted their customer service in the past about it and was offered a gift card - which never showed up. As long as you check your items before leaving, you should have a good dining experience.
