$47 for 2 uncle burger combos without bacon and a kids burger.Cold coffee - not cool…cold!Coke when I asked for diet…..yes it tastes totally different.Dry cold burgers and cold fries.This was out go-to burger treat but that was the worst experience at a drive through that I have ever had. At least by dining in you have the opportunity to get this changed….but to send your customers home to microwave a take out???Very disappointed and probably will not return to this store.
A&W has always been my favorite place for hamburgers. Their burgers are better, by far, than the Clown or the Crown. Unfortunately, after our experience last night in the Midland A&W, we won't be back. They got our order wrong, and I had to go back to the counter twice. The place was dirty, and they had loud, obnoxious, thumping, dance music playing over the speakers. Pretty disappointing when you’re sitting in the Drive Thru for 20 minutes, and only two cars in front of you. Also, waited another 10 at the window. To top it off the female staff member was completely rude. I wouldn’t have left a review if the staff had at least been friendly, I get things happen but no excuse for poor customer service and bad attitude.
