We went in the drive-thru yesterday (December 28th around 2:00 pm for a quick burger. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich which she enjoyed. I ordered a Mama Burger with no tomato. paid for the order and parked in the lot as we had running around to do. I took one bite of my burger and it had no condiments at all ... I returned it to the restaurant. Staff was apologetic although I had to hear they were three staff short and I understand. There was nobody else in the restaurant...read full review
We had ordered a takeout meal on the A&W app. On my way for pickup, I encountered a flat tire. My wife came to pick me up, and we carried on to the restaurant, to eat our meal there instead. We were met by Ryan, who immediately recognized how delayed we were and presented us our meal without further delay. When he heard about our flat, he even offered us a fresh batch of hot fries. tried the new double smash burger , excellent , meat could use more flavor but overall not a bad burger !
