“Harvey's never disappoints. We get take-out about once a week and always get great food, great service, and friendly staff. As far as fast food restaurants go their food is consistently 5-Star. The only thing I can think of for them to do better is offer online orders to be picked up in the drive-thru (if they do that the app doesn't let us know)“

“We had ordered a takeout meal on the A&W app. On my way for pickup, I encountered a flat tire. My wife came to pick me up, and we carried on to the restaurant, to eat our meal there instead. We were met by Ryan, who immediately recognized how delayed we were and presented us our meal without further delay. When he heard about our flat, he even offered us a fresh batch of hot fries. We owned a business for 22 years, and can certainly identify an employee with exceptional customer service skills. Ryan, by being very observant, kind, and empathetic, is definitely exceptionally skilled in customer service.👏👏👏“
