Very disappointed with our recent visit to the arch. Loved it 3 years ago when the food was something to rave about and the the service was great. We reserved a table for 12 for supper and were immediately met with attitude at the door because we had small children (which made no fuss at all our whole service surprisingly enough), we were ignored and the lady who was waiting on us was quite rude.
