When I went it they only had two staff, the two where focused on the drive through and it took them a while to help me and the man behind me. They also had moped the floors recently but without wet floor signs they left a lot of water on the floor.

Staff here didn't look to happy to be their but at the same time I was going in at almost closing so I don't blame them and then I drove around to the drive thru and I was greeted by a prompt saying sorry were closed but then the young lady said hi welcome to Tim Hortons can I take your order so I politely answered " yes can I get a 20 pack of tidbits cut in half toasted and slightly buttered on both sides " after a short pause I let her off the hook and said I was only joking hopefully she remembers me grabbed my café and headed on my way ty and have a great day

Got food poisoning from a bagel with butter from here.. Weirdest thing, because I've been eating tims bagels for years but it was the only thing I had eaten that day and a couple hours later I was dying. It's day 3 and I'm slowly starting to get better.

this tim hortons waters down everything!! it’s the only tim hortons in the area that the french vanilla cappachino and hot chocolate and white hot chocolate all equally taste like water, don’t waste your money at this location

Came thru the Drive-Thru today, the lady taking our order had to stop us midway when she realized that she had to be at the till to take our order. When our food arrived, I only received 14.5 of the 20 timbits I ordered (one of them was in pieces as if someone had crushed it?), my coffee was overly creamy for an xL 1 Cream, overall poor experience. Cannot recommend this location in good faith.
