When I went it they only had two staff, the two where focused on the drive through and it took them a while to help me and the man behind me. They also had moped the floors recently but without wet floor signs they left a lot of water on the floor.
Staff here didn't look to happy to be their but at the same time I was going in at almost closing so I don't blame them and then I drove around to the drive thru and I was greeted by a prompt saying sorry were closed but then the young lady said hi welcome to Tim Hortons can I take your order so I politely answered " yes can I get a 20 pack of tidbits cut in half toasted and slightly buttered on both sides " after a short pause I let her off the hook and said...
First off - obviously more staff needed for the counter. The order was not completed correctly Twice. I really don't like saying this but dealing with someone with a English language command.
