Today I had a bad experience in the Hwy 93 location in midland.
Almost 20 min to get a coffee and a sandwich. Someone else walked out after waiting longer than me.
And the staff did not return his money at the time.
What is happening to the good service that they used to have.
I complain, o yes I did.
The person in charge ask me to come down.
One thing I know.
I will not go back to that location.
Even better, I will make my coffee at home.

Tim Hortons is a clean and efficient restaurant with friendly and hardworking staff. The location offers good parking spots, which can fill up quickly in the morning, and is wheelchair accessible. The whole staff is very welcoming and friendly, and many customers are totally satisfied with the restaurant’s order accuracy, food quality and service. This is one of the best tim hortons in the town. However, some customers have expressed disappointment, noting that the egg bites can stick to the box and that a bagel was rock hard.
