Grabbed dinner for me and my mother one night tasted like a frozen patty fries were cold like they were sitting staff seemed annoyed when taking my order as I was ordering they would look at one another and speak in their own language and giggle average burger nothing special and very pricey

great food, exceptional customer service! started as a slow saturday when we arrived, however, began to get busy an hour after they opened. spotless, well-maintained place. very service-oriented approach. was asked if we wanted the shake immediately or together with the meal. informed about their condiment counter should we desire any (and it's fully stocked!). makes one truly appreciate these small attention to detail makes a huge difference! presentation and portions, perfect! i always expect a messy experience eating handhelds but, all the fixings held impressively well with every bite -- to think their burgers (had the bacon boss and hawaiian) were packed (and oh, so flavourful)! btw, the missus highly recommends the peanut butter shake! it's not a fast food joint so, there's a slight wait for the orders. completely acceptable considering these are freshly made. very hands-on approach, efficiently ran establishment. washrooms are pristine. also, one of the extremely rare places that don't bombard their customers with tip prompts at the terminals. in lieu of this, they have a donation box dedicated for food banks. nothing but superlatives (and continued support) for this amazing find!

I’ve been here before several years back and wanted to try it again. Sadly it tasted just as average as I remembered before.

The poutine was under portioned and the Nashville chicken sandwich was okay. The flavours were on point and the chicken had a nice crunch.

I felt like my experience could’ve been better. But overall it was a nice meal.

My son left his bag there with laptop, all his papers, everything. These guys were so kind to hold onto them until he could drive back from London. You've got a family of new customers for life! Thanks guys!

The food and milkshakes were awesome! Came here with the whole family and it was a very pleasant experience. Forgot my bag in the restaurant and they held onto it for me for 3 days! Very appreciative.

We had Lava take our order and bring out our food. She was very unfriendly, rude when we spoke to her about mistakes with our food and telling us that we were in the wrong. She didn’t inform us about what certain changes to a burger meant in terms of changing other things that were on it. It was our first time in and we will not be back.

My first time to dine here. I had the Hawaiian Burger combo with onion rings and my friend had the Mushroom Swiss combo with french fries. We requested for them to cut the burgers in half because we would like to share so we could try each flavour.
Both were soooooo good!! This is such a hidden gem in Milton. I am glad that we went here. And customer service was superb! Highly recommended.

OMG! Swiss mushroom burger and jalapeños cheese fries was to DIE for. Stopped on our was home from camping, I would actually drive from Toronto just to have this burger again. Service was also amazing, and restaurant is super clean ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
