Delicious burgers! We currently tried the limited time Nashville burger and it was cooked well! Definitely a great option and we recommend to those who want something quick and tasty.

Why can’t you buy a medium onion ring without buying a combo?? You sell Medium onion rings but won’t sell them on their own, makes no sense.

Very expensive compared to other burger places around. As a quick run-in and pickup place, we didn't expect the local to be be anything than bare minimum. The food was reasonable quality and the staff were friendly.

This company has zero respect for consumer privacy. Despite the clear ‘No Soliciting’ sign on my door this junk mail was thrown on my doorstep.

FYI junk mail without consent is bad business practice. Makes you lose more customers than gain.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful
I had a very uncomfortable experience at this location. One of the staff members behaved in a way that felt creepy and inappropriate. The fact i am married which makes it even worse. This type of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. I expected better conduct and a more welcoming environment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure a more respectful experience for all customers.

Crispy chicken burger was ok, veggie burger patty had raw rice in it and the portion size was really tiny. $3 extra in the combo to replace fries for 6 pieces of onion rings which tasted like they were fried in the stale oil. Not worth the cost, get Harvey’s instead.

Ordered beef and grilled chicken burgers. There is a lot of competition for good burgers these days, and this place is more on the mediocre end.

It has more of a frozen patty taste than gourmet burger. Patty was on the dry side, as was the overall burger. It is cheaper though.

Buy 1 get 1 promotion in-store, but when we went to the store, we were told they are closed for the day. Closing at 9pm when your store hours are till 10.30pm? Why advertise so big when you are not even honoring the promotion. Drive to your store was a waste of time and energy. Pretty bad customer service.

I hate to give bad reviews but after reading a review that had the same issue as me is concerning. I ordered a cheeseburger and cookies in cream shake. I didn’t wait long so that was great.

The milkshake was awful and it had a sour taste to it. I went up and asked the employee to see if I could get a refund, they offered to make me another one. They first let me just try the stuff that came out of their ice cream machine and it was also tasting sour and I had to spit it out. They did refund me. I was not the only one to have this issue as someone had this issue 5 months ago.
I later saw one of the employees try the milkshake and not sure if they tasted what I did.
I hoped they get it fixed and I hope I don’t get sick from it.

Overall the burger was okay nothing special.

The service was good and I was very thankful for the refund.
