I asked for a gluten and dairy free version of the Ripped berry, replacing all dairy with a sorbet and adding soy protein.I became so bloated it looked like I had a basket back under my shirt and vomited. I have been suffering cramps and terrible bloating and internal inflammation since, it's been 3 days. All symptoms of my milk allergy, which also exacerbated my other health condition.
