“Edit:I recently got delivered the steak and eggs and initially had a minor issue with my steak, which wasn’t cooked to my preference. However, the staff was quick to resolve the situation. Sophie, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure my meal was enjoyable, demonstrating excellent customer service. She arranged for a new steak, and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I really appreciate the professionalism and care Sophie and her team showed
