This location is a huge joke
They can’t make any of the items properly
The restaurant is dirty
And owners and employees are not nice
Used to visit this location weekly Now I just support the Guelph location
Had the most ridiculous sundae today. A large sundae with maybe 2 squirts of hot caramel on the sunken blobby looking mound of ice cream and when I mentioned maybe more caramel the kid says “well you are supposed to tell me that before you order it”. I said huh and walked away. Needless to say more training on how to make sundaes and cones. $15 down the drain Not going back.

The Dairy Queen Grill & Chill provides a pleasant dining experience with friendly customer service. The staff is attentive and quick to prepare food, making sure orders are correct. Despite being a smaller location, the team handles busy times efficiently, especially on busy nights. The front counter staff are often very pleasant and quick. Kudos to the only guy in front, who was very honest and nice, and made a mistake in an order but was honest enough to tell and replace it right away. The service is very quick and the employees are nice. The blizzards are phenomenal, with the Skor being a personal favourite. The cotton candy blizzard has returned. When machines were not working, the staff were very kind as always and get the job done. Parking is available right out front with plenty of space. The restaurant is popular for ice cream and more. Overall, it remains a well-liked spot for a quick and friendly meal.
