worst costumers experience ever.
I went to kabul farms for the first time and will never go to this place again. I bought a big pot for rice but later i realized it was a bit big for me so I went to exchange but the staff there was not cooperative at all and was very rude. They simply refused to exchange or return. I understand, many stores restricted returns due to COVID but this was just a Packed cookware and not a shirt that I wore it or tried it and went to return. $50 is not a small amount and KABUL FARM...read full review
Although meat is good quality but extremely rude staff in meat section; they are arrogant and totally none professional. I asked them to make small pieces of lamb, and thin chops, but butcher responded he will only cut as they normally do. Also, no good variety of frozen naans or bread. In summary rude staff and limited variety of groceries.
