Kung Fu Tea on Derry (Milton) is a great place with wonderful food quality and a nice vibe. Customers love the boba, especially the Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea. The staff is excellent, and the store features comfortable couches. However, the store sometimes runs out of tapioca. Parking can be confusing since you have to park in the back and walk to the front. Despite minor inconveniences, the delicious drinks make it worth visiting.
