Horrible customer sevice.
Picked up a hot and ready cheese pizza around 9:45pm. Open the box to grab a slice and pizza appeared extremely old and dried-out. Called little Caesars to ask for a return and the person who picked up the line took no accountability or tried to reconcile the situation. Was rude and inconsiderate. Website said store closed at 10:30 and he said no we close at 10 you can't come for a return today, come back tomorrow.
Wasted our money. Wasn't able to eat our meal and was met with a poor attitude.
Won't be eating here again.

Price is decent, 2 of the 8 wings I had broken bones which made sharp shards in the meat not very safe for kids which mine was eating them. Under staffed and slow turn around time. Everytime I go in it is just one girl working, answering phones, making pizzas, working the cash, so even the hot and ready stuff takes 10 minutes. Not her fault but Definitely Defeats the purpose of hot and ready.

I was there to pick up UBER delivery. I believe its the manager or store owner who was so rude started slamming the machine yelling at me that its my job to grab the pizza order from the machine that they have at the store. I told the guy that I never used that machine which they kept at the store for the Uber or skip drivers where you have to put your password and get the pizza out. I understand it was Saturday night , a busy night for them. But it doesn’t make any sense to yell on delivery drivers or any other customer. This guy doesn’t know how to treat people.

The place is so dirty to the point that it is disgraceful, the cashier owner whoever tried to rip me off by giving himself a tip without me looking then when I ran the numbers because I could tell something wasn’t adding up it turned out he was charging me extra I called him out for it and he started getting defensive and saying “what do you think I’m trying to rip you off” then when I showered him the calculation tried playing it off as if it was a mistake even though I saw him with my own two eyes putting In a tip on the system. Don’t go here, please listen to the reviews

He acts as though I just asked him to jump off a bridge every-time I come in, when all I’m trying to do is get my dinner. He seems angered that he has to work, the first time I thought “hey maybe he’s having a bad day, I’ll leave it alone” but then after the second & third time I realized that no, he’s just very rude. Just read other reviews and noticed many other people have noted the same thing. They need to work on customer service.

I ate crazy bread from this location on May 23rd and got the worst food poisoning I’ve had in my life. It seemed a little doughy/undercooked and I should not have eaten it.
