I went all the way from Kitchener to Milton Mall just to try Japanese cuisine & I wasn't disappointed. Halal restaurant. Foods are delicious. If you like rice, try teriyaki. If you are fond of noodles, try yakisoba. Was looking for a nice Asian place to eat at with my boyfriend on the way to Springridge Farm. Happened to find this place with hella good reviews. We ultimately decided on this place since one comment mentioned that the chicken was halal. However, when we arrived we quickly found out that all the meat they serve is halal (besides the pork option, obviously). Great service and price. Ok food. Flexible with my request of adding more broccoli to the veggies at no extra cost. Very generous portions. I ordered teriyaki tofu and veggies rice. However, teriyaki sauce was very light and watery and there was no taste to the food even after adding hot sauce and soy sauced. I missed the taste of garlic and ginger.
