I was tired of all the chain, fast food restaurants, and servers that hate their jobs, so their bad attitude reflects on the quality of their service and food preparation, and this is how I discovered MAMA MILA'S CAFE.a small gem located in Milton.FRESH breakfast or lunch sandwiches, soup, and coffee.I had dill chicken noodle soup, not too heavy, and the bit of dill flavor was just right.Tryed their tuna sandwiche and even ordered a BLT to go, and my son loved it. They did not disappoint.Even though the place is small, it felt very homy as I got to share a table with these beautiful ladies that I've never met before and felt right at home. (Thank you, ladies).I will definitely go back and try their chicken bre apple sandwich.Thank you, Ron, for great service and delicious food.

5 of us stopped by here for and lunch and ordered eggplant and portobello sandwich, breakfast sandwich, grilled cheese, philly cheesesteak, chicken soup and carrot cake. All were delicious! One of the best carrot cakes I’ve ever had. And such friendly service!
Quality is an understatement, number one family owned shop in Milton! The sandwiches are my personal favourite and go to. The owners are amazing and kind people with speedy service!

I love the sandwiches at Mama Mila's. The southwestern, the Reuben, the BLT.. they are all good. My kids love the chicken soup, pierogies and salads. It's a family run business, and the service is awesome. If you are looking for somewhere to have a nice casual lunch, this is the place.
