Terrible service...we were only customer in the store and waited at the counter for 10 minutes before we left with out being served... the employee was making himself a sandwich without even acknowledging us or saying one moment please... and yes they were aware we were there

Mall hours are till 8pm, at 7.01pm, I was refused service because OKO Bagels close at 7pm. "sorry Sir, we close at 7PM". So fresh bagels will then become day old's, sold at half price next day, but I'll never go back.IDIOTS!!!!

Bagels are great. Store is never open on time in the mornings. They drive the bagels in from their main store, and why the driver doesn’t help stock the bagels in the shelves is beyond me. Its 9:22am on a Saturday as I type and the store is not open/ready.

Honestly it was a huge disappointment for my tastebuds, others might have a different opinion. My order was herb and garlic cream cheese on an everything bagel and one iced coffee. Which i usually get a tims but for some reason i decided to try here as i work in the mall.Iced coffee was just the biggest disappointment i took one sip and trashed it.Bagel was dry, and cream cheese quantity was super low and nothing special for a place named after bagel especially compared to tims.So this place to me sounded fancy but was worse than basic. My personal opinion.

My review has nothing to do with the quality of bagels. Great as always but…the 30 minute wait for a bagel is a bit much, not sure why the owner would have only one person working at any given time I have visited. Always a line up with customers waiting.

A bit busy when I came (5 customers were waiting in line). Even the chairs in front of the shop was full with customers. The nice lady had to do cashier and prepare orders alone. The bagel taste fine but didn't like the cappuccino though

Recently visited from BC, I heard about oko bagels through word of mouth. decided to give it a shot. The man working, didnt catch his name, taller fella. Was extremely welcoming and friendly and provided me with excellent service and suggestions. And a mighty good bagel, i strongly suggest you give this place a shot. ?

Montreal style bagels, served in different options. Tried salmon sandwich, avacado fit sandwich and coffee. Sandwiches were good size and taste good, minus few items that they had run out of stock on. The girl working was efficient and kind. Coffee was good too. They also offer bagels in dozens and packaged cream cheese.

If you like bagels, you’ll love Oko! These bagels are Montreal style; so thinner style bagel! These bagels also had a bit more chew than your typical bagels! Oko had a ton of different flavours to choose from; both bagels and cream cheese! If you do get cream cheese on your bagel, the definitely don’t skimp on it! Out of their sandwich selection, I quite enjoyed their Beef sandwich as it had lots of Montreal smoked meat and caramelized onions! If your ever craving bagels, I highly suggest Oko!

Great service and high quality foods. This is the place to go if you want bagels, breakfast sandwiches and a great lunch. The staff is super friendly, professional and always attends to your needs. Highly recommend it.
