Stale chicken patties for $3 each, waste of money

Smelly and stale gulab jamuns. ?

We asked the lady today if they were fresh, and she said that they were.

They taste spoiled. Absolutely disappointed in their product and service.

Just went there…to buy some chicken patties…it’s $3.00 each …very cold and small in size … very disappointing….will never go there

I went in to buy a cake. Upon coming in I said hello to the lady at customer service, as it’s a common courtesy and last I remembered counts in good etiquettes. She rolled eyes and started scrolling on her phone. Giving her a benefit of doubt that she may not have a good day, life happens, I asked her which cake would she recommend as a best seller here, she did not bother looking up at me and responded while scrolling her phone that all our cakes are excellent.

Anyways, I got the chocolate cake, paid the bill, asked for a bag, to which she responded in the same tone that we don’t have any, without bothering to at least look at me or have an eye contact.

If you are in customer service, get some training on smiling, it goes a long way, customer interaction, pleasant dealing, recommendations, they all make or break a business. All this to say that I will never return to Nirala again.

If I had to describe this in one word, i'd rather not. It's like they're trying to lose customers and make a bad reputation. I was standing for over 7+ minutes trying to order but the cashier was scrolling on TIKTOK! Moreover, I thought about buying 1 pound of sweets but decided to buy 2 pounds, the cashier just refused. She started gossiping to her co-worker in Urdu, a language that I am fortunately familiar in. The most concerning part is that they hang up fake certificates, the health and safety certificate in the corner is the second image you find on google. Lastly, the food... Lets just say my doctor loves this place. I ordered a chicken samosa. There was no chicken, it was just some dry filling and the samosa was over 2+ weeks old. Some other samosas and puffs had mold on them. I threw up just 30 minutes after eating it. I had food poisoning for 2 days. Overall, PLEASE do not go. Overpriced, Rude, Illegal! and just a terrible environment.

I purchased samosas from this shop last week, and they were served cold and unappetizing. I decided to give it another try and bought biscuits yesterday, but they were unfortunately rotten. It seems like they may sit on the shelves for too long due to lack of sales. On a positive note, the service is excellent, and the shop itself is nice, but the quality of the food is disappointing.

I was surprised but the prices of sweets. Sweets are overly priced here. Which I have never seen before even in top restaurants in brampton. Lady at front not cooperative . Atmosphere is not welcoming, I will
not come back here again.

Worst Customer Service- We purchased some mithai from them for my cousin's engagement ceremony which turned out to be stale and very old. To make things worse, mold started growing on it within a day. We lodged a complaint and even showed them pictures of the mithai that was taken for my cousin's in-laws. However, they refused to believe us and did not reimburse our money or replace the order. They were insisting that we return the boxes as proof, but we couldn't do that since the mithai was at my cousin's in-laws' place who live an hour away. Save yourself the embarrassment we had to face on our first wedding occasion and never order from this shop.

The sweets sold in town are expensive but of low quality. I plan to report the establishment to food departments for random quality checks. Ignorant owner, poor customer service.

Just bought a pineapple cake today to take that to my relatives place i was to visit today. The woman there told me that it’s completely fresh and recommended to buy that. I trusted and bought. When we got to cut it and eat, it was a soggy, unfresh, sour cake which no one liked at all!!Such a bad experience. I feel so guilty that my husband even told me not to buy from here and even Sobeyes would be a better option, but I had a Pakistani heart which started to beat! Now I understood why you have such a bad rating and i feel my responsibility to add my honest comment and review to it and Save people from getting trapped and misdirected ??????
