Great customer service! Food and beverage was ready promptly
Really great place got my coffee quick and nicely well made
Stopped in for a quick coffee run with the kids after school last Friday and it was exactly what we needed. The barista at the counter remembered my daughter's babyccino from last time and had it ready before I even finished ordering. It gets busy early evening but we still found a table by the window in about two minutes, plenty of room for the stroller too. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has some lovely staff. The manager Hailey M is wonderful and provides great customer service, being very apologetic and understanding when cups broke during transport. The staff are extremely friendly and everything is always fresh and delicious. They were also very sweet to a customer's pup. However, one experience with a barista had a bad attitude after a request for a no-ice drink and a separate cup of ice. The restaurant could use more tables or comfortable seating, as there are many stools with no back rest, which makes customers feel the space is not for hanging out. The patio is the opposite and looks very comfortable. An employee with pink hair was also seen yelling at young boys very loud and aggressive, which threw off another customer.
