Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has some lovely staff. The manager Hailey M is wonderful and provides great customer service, being very apologetic and understanding when cups broke during transport. The staff are extremely friendly and everything is always fresh and delicious. They were also very sweet to a customer's pup. However, one experience with a barista had a bad attitude after a request for a no-ice drink and a separate cup of ice. The restaurant could use more tables or comfortable seating, as there are many stools with no back rest, which makes customers feel the space is not for hanging out. The patio is the opposite and looks very comfortable. An employee with pink hair was also seen yelling at young boys very loud and aggressive, which threw off another customer.
