I get it, it's a Taco Bell/KFC, but it was super clean, food was hot and fresh, the cashier made a good suggestion to me and was right, and the team was friendly. Great job to this location.
Honestly, this location is very hit or miss. Sometimes they do a great job and do everything exactly the way you want and then other times they don't get your order right and are quite dismissive of the customers. A bunch of times I have ordered soft tacos only to get home and find hard shells (well soggy, formerly hard shells). They need to work on paying attention and being more consistent.

I have never experienced any issues or concerns at this location. It's a very busy area with a drive through and still I haven't had to wait very long for food. Staff is polite and my order is always accurate.
