Please re open this was my favourite food spot!! No one else makes a better chicken pad thai

First time visit the restaurant I ordered vegetable pad Thai not enough vegetables and tofu in there very poor service. I always ordered vegetable pad Thai at Toronto Pearson airport thai express restaurant is very good every thing in there . I am so impressed their service I almost order every week. Milton Thai express restaurant have to do some thing about their service.

Horrendous experience. I am not a picky person when it comes to food whatsoever. I usually will eat anything. HOWEVER this 'FRESH' Shrimp Spring Roll was absolutely NOT FRESH. Looks like it was made at least 2 days ago. The mint inside was dark and the roll fell apart at first bite. Parts of it were hard and other parts soggy. There is nothing fresh about this. Please make your food fresh. It could make someone sick.

Got chicken pad thai. First turn off was the woman who was putting together the bowls for the cook, by getting a plastic bag of cooked chicken. Then the cook made the food so fast it was concerning. The chicken was so tough and rubbery it was disgusting, no tofu, or green onions, and the noodle was so dry. For $14 I’ll drive myself a few more Km to Thai house. ?

Went to this location once before and I get the paid thai with tofu and I don’t eat egg so I get the eggplant to replace it with. Was expecting more eggplant, they literally give the tiniest piece. I went back and they said that’s how much they give unless I pay extra for more, so I paid and they gave me a decent amount. Went there again today and paid for extra eggplant thinking I was gonna get a decent amount. They gave the 3 smallest pieces, why am I paying extra then if I’m saving them money by getting no egg and still getting skimped? It makes no sense to me. Come here if you want noodles and tofu without any vegetable. I rather spend my money elsewhere though.

The Chicken Pad Thai was good however they skimped out on the toppings. Half of it was bean sprouts and there was barely any chicken. If they put more noodles and chicken it would have been better. I understand costa have gone up but I feel ripped off. I don’t plan on coming back here again.

Used to be good, orders were always correct. But this time, they gave me all my orders as spicy, my son couldn't eat and I had to go and buy something else for him. Called the location 5 times and they just let the phone ring. Basically had to go screw myself. Good job Thai express. I wouldn't recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

Ive come here about 5 times. 1 of the 4 was a great experience. Anytime after the first was terrible. The food doesn't taste as good... its like mushy... And check my picture.. i always get mango general thai with no carrots, extra mango and extra sauce on fried rice. I got maybe 7 little slivers of mango! Everytime i order i only get a few mangos even less then what you see in the picture. When i said last time i paid for extra and didnt get extra- i still get chinced.
Wait time is horrible took 40 mins to prepare and make an order of two meals never coming back here again

I went and got a thai soup im beyond annoyed with the way the lady served me. I asked to change the noodles to rice and the girl at the cash looked stunned and couldn't believe I even asked her to change the noodles. On top of 21 questions she asked me including what the person looked like who allowed me to change it last time I got it. I found it weird how she went to the back to put something in my soup im guessing and really hoping it was the tiny handful of rice that she complained about me changing it to. I got home the ssoup was cold not like anytime i have ever ordered before and I personally wouldn't even call it a soup it's brothe with a ton of huge onions and a hand ful of rice. I would 100 peecent recommended to find a differnt thai restaurant. This was disappointing.

Terrible experience. Ordered Pad Thai and got this half filled box. Restaurant says they ran out of bean sprout so they cannot fill the box. Infact they added extra noodles to compensate!! This half filled box is extra according to them. Small tip for the restaurant - If you don't have the ingredients to cook something, do not sell it!!! Will never ever order from this place!
