The drive thru has a notice that the rewards scanner is not working and when I asked why it still is not fixed I'm told they don't know. It keeps crashing the system. But I can go in to order and that one works. I feel they stopped using it because it slows them down but I have now lost out on a few purchases due to this tomfoolery. Very disappointed. Implemented a new program a week ago and it's already down? I call balderdash.
2nd day no rewards at the drive thru?? why?? was fine last week now this week it "crashes" their system but oh I can go inside and order and its fine
